Well, it's a secret, really a top-secret by Joomla Developers. May be because the core Joomla Developmen Team have never disclosed much about the Secret Word found under the System Tab in the Global Configuration.
This word is used for security measures and is a list of unique characters auto-generated for every Joomla! installation.
To view the secret word of your Joomla! site
1- Log in to the administrator panel of your Joomla backend. (www.yoursitename.com/administrator).
2. Go to Site -> Global Configuration or click on Global Configuration Icon.
3. Click on the System tab.
4. You should be able to see the Secret Word in the System Settings Panel
The advanced users can also view the secret word ( under the variable $secret ) in configuration.php file at the Joomla root.
